Full Service Wedding Coordination

With our hands wrapped around every logistical detail of your wedding, from finding the perfect venue, assisting you inbudget allocation to designing a gorgeous event, you can rest assured that your special daywill be perfect. you’ll likely consider us to be your vendor curator, budget supervisor, fee negotiator, etiquette adviser, family dynamics mediator, stationery proofreader, cake tasting attendant (our favorite!), personal stylist, favor packager, and more often than not, a listening ear and personal counselor. Your LUX coordinator will guide you through the entire planning process, and then oversee the wedding day from start to finish.

Event Design with Day of Coordination

The Event Design and Day of Coordination package is our most popular package, by far! It includes all the benefits of having a Day of Wedding Coordinator with the luxury of a personal wedding design consultant.  This package is perfect for clients that already have there venue and need a professional wedding designer to pull together there inspirations while receiving guidance in coordination of all the wedding day details. Based on a design consultation and compilation of pins or pictures, we will develop a design plan that fits your individual style and budget. This unique design plan will beexecuted through meetings and contracts with the following vendors: florist, rentals, linens, cake, invitations, wedding day paper suite, lighting, and any other design related, personal detailing.

Month of Coordination

The Day of Coordination package begins approximately one month before the wedding. This package begins with a meeting at the venue to gain a full understanding of the wedding location and details for the big day. After this meeting thebride and groom will work with a LUX coordinator to develop a wedding day timeline and itinerary. This will involve the organization of the ceremony events, the logistical details of the vendors and the important reception events. The LUX coordinator will attend the rehearsal and coordinate your wedding party to insure a smooth wedding ceremony. Your LUX coordinator will then arrive the day of your wedding to the venue to prepare the event space and over see set up, vendor arrival and assist with the entire flow of your special day.

What We Do

Offering direction and consultation as you go through planning your event, we serve as a resource to you throughout the planning process offering advice, answering questions and providing vendor referrals and recommendations as needed. We attend an event space walk-through and your menu tasting to assist with space planning, set-up, and timing of your event or we can coordinate all of the details of your wedding day with each of your vendors and provide them with a detailed timeline of the day. It's up to you and which package suites your needs best!
